Ingredients

  • large head cauliflower, sliced lengthwise into 2 inch (5 cm) steaks 
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) olive oil 
  •  Big Green Egg Sweet & Smoky Seasoning 

Instructions

Step 1

Set the EGG for direct cooking at 400°F/204°C.

Step 2

Coat each side of the cauliflower steaks with the olive oil and then season with the Big Green Egg Sweet & Smoky Seasoning.

Step 3

Place the cauliflower steaks on the grate and cook until desired doneness, about 5-7 minutes on each side.

Step 4

Enjoy immediately with your favorite sides.
