Grilling works so well and most fruits are basically made up of water and sugar and by grilling you concentrate the flavors by reducing the water and caramelizing the natural sugars. You can try any sort of fruit, just be careful with the softer ones such as peaches, plums, nectarines and mangoes that you don't overcook them and turn them mushy. This is desert is so easy to prepare, when you have finished your main course from the EGG, enjoyed your meal, let a little more heat back into the EGG by opening the vents, quickly wipe down the grill, if needed and you'll have a scrumptious dessert in just a few minutes.
