Tuna Kabobs made with the Big Green Egg Sweet Kentucky Bourbon Grilling Glaze

Ingredients

  • tuna steaks, cut into 2 inch (5 cm) pieces 
  • large red bell pepper, cut into 2 inch (5 cm) pieces 
  • sweet onion, cut into 2 inch (5 cm) pieces 
  • pineapple, cut into 2 inch (5 cm) pieces 
  • 1 cup (240 ml) Sweet Kentucky Bourbon Grilling Glaze 
  •  Salt and pepper to taste 

Instructions

Step 1

Set your EGG for direct cooking at 350°F/176°C.

Step 2

Thread the tuna, red bell peppers, onion and pineapple onto the skewers, leaving a small space between each item. Salt and pepper to taste.

Step 3

Grill for 5 minutes then brush on the Sweet Kentucky Bourbon Grilling Glaze on both sides. Grill for another 5 minutes; glaze once more and remove from the EGG. Let rest for 10 minutes. Enjoy!
