2 tablespoons (30 ml) brown sugar
1 tablespoon (15 ml) melted butter
1 teaspoon (5 ml) ground cinnamon
Vanilla ice cream, for serving

Sauce: Caramel Drizzle

1/2 cups (120 ml) granulated sugar
1/4 cups (60 ml) heavy cream
1 tablespoon (15 ml) unsalted butter
Pinch of salt

Cut the peaches in half, removing the pits.

Step 3

In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, melted butter, and ground cinnamon until well combined.

Place the peaches on the grill, cut side down, and cook for about 3 minutes or until grill marks appear.
