Ultimate Burgers

The burger, synonymous with the BBQ but not always with the fondest memories. Burnt on the outside, raw in the middle, dried out and flavourless (apart from the chemicals odour released from the briquettes). Well, let this situation be banished forever. With the EGG you will cook all burgers to perfection, effortlessly and your BBQ prowess will be through the roof. We have kept to a rather simple recipe for the burgers, again letting the coals and smoke do the work. by al means get creative...try Italian or Mexican spiced burgers and very your meat selection. Ingredients

  • 2 lbs (0.9 kg) ground beef 
  •  salt 
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) dried oregano 
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) Worcestershire sauce 
  •  pepper 

Instructions

Step 1

Comine all ingredients and prepare the burgers

Step 2

Leave for 2 hours in the refrigerator to set

Step 3

Heat the EGG to 500°F/260°C

Step 4

Place burgers on the EGG - remember to close lid quickly

Step 5

Cook for 4 minutes on either side

Step 6

Enjoy!
