  • 2 lbs (0.9 kg) precooked pulled pork 
  • 2 lbs (0.9 kg) chicken breast 
  • 1 28 oz. (829 g) can crushed tomatoes 
  • 32 oz. (914 g) chicken broth 
  • package frozen lima beans 
  • 1 lb (0.5 kg) shoe peg corn 
  • 1/2 lbs (0.2 kg) red potatoes cut in half 
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) garlic salt 
  • garlic cloves, minced 
  • 1/2 yellow onion, diced 
  • 2 teaspoons (10 ml) kosher salt 
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) olive oil 
  • 1/4 cups (60 ml) Big Green Egg Bold & Tangy Carolina Style BBQ sauce

Instructions

Step 1

Set your EGG up for indirect cooking with the convEGGtor at 300°F/148°C with the Dutch Oven - Cast Iron in the EGG to preheat.

Step 2

In your Dutch Oven - Cast Iron with olive oil, sear and cook the chicken breast, remove and cut into cubes and put back into the Dutch oven.

Step 3

Add all the other ingredients and mix. Cook for approximately two hours. Serve with cornbread, or biscuits.
