  • 1/3 cups (80 ml) olive oil 
  • (1 oz. (29 g)) package ranch dressing mix 
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) dried dill 
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) garlic powder 
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) Big Green Egg Citrus & Dill Seasoning 
  • 12.4 oz. (354 g) box Cheez-It® Baked Snack Crackers, Original 
  • 11 oz. (314 g) box Nabisco® Premium Saltine Crackers Minis, Original

Instructions

Step 1

Set the EGG for indirect cooking with the convEGGtor at 250°F/121°C.

Step 2

Whisk together the first four ingredients; divide in half. Drizzle half of the liquid over the cheese crackers in a large bowl; stir to coat. Spread over a round Perforated Cooking Grid and bake for 15 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes. Remove to cool, repeat the process with the saltines.

Step 3

Once the saltines have cooled, lightly toss the two batches of crackers together. Store in airtight containers.
