Maple Glazed Pork Chops

Maple syrup is one those ingredients that can work just as well for sweet dishes as it does for main courses. Here the sugar from the syrup adds an additional element beyond flavor and encourages the char grill marks. Everyone will be licking their plates clean after this tasty meal. Why not try it with baked sweet potatoes and grilled courgettes, all from your EGG of course.
