Maple syrup is one those ingredients that can work just as well for sweet dishes as it does for main courses. Place marinade ingredients in a resealable bag or bowl and combine thoroughly
Add the Chops and leave to marinade for an hour
Prepare the EGG for directing cooking
Remove the Chops from marinade and shake off any excess
Place the chops on the Cast Iron Searing Grate and close the EGG
Cook for approx. 5 mins
Turn the chops and cook for a further 5 mins with the lid closed
Check internal temperature with a thermometer
Leave to rest for 5 mins before serving
