Ingredients

  • 1 lb (0.5 kg) of pizza dough 
  • 3/4 cups (180 ml) Big Green Egg Sweet & Smokey Kansas City Style Barbecue Sauce 
  • 1 1/2 cups (360 ml) turkey, cooked and chopped 
  • small red onion, chopped 
  • small green pepper, chopped 
  • garlic clove, minced 
  • 1 1/4 cups (300 ml) shredded mozzarella cheese 
  • 1/2 cups (120 ml) shredded cheddar cheese 
  • 1/4 cups (60 ml) grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

Step 1

Set the EGG for indirect cooking with the convEGGtor at 400°F/204°C. Add a Pizza & Baking Stone to preheat.

Step 2

Roll dough into a 14 inch (35 cm) circle and build up the edges slightly.

Step 3

Spread barbecue sauce over crust. Layer with half of the turkey, onion, green pepper, garlic and cheese. Repeat the layers. Bake at for 25-30 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.

Step 4

Serves 8.
