  • 1 cup (240 ml) crumbled blue cheese 
  • 1/2 cups (120 ml) breadcrumbs 
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced 
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) fresh parsley, chopped 
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) olive oil 

Tangy Dijon Mustard Sauce

  • 1/4 cups (60 ml) Dijon mustard 
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) mayonnaise 
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) lemon juice 
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) honey 
  •  Salt and black pepper to taste

1. Preheat your grill to 450 degreesF for direct cooking.
