Main

1. Preheat the EGG for indirect cooking with the convEGGtor at 450°F/232°C degreesF.

1. Preheat the EGG for direct cooking at 450°F/232°C degreesF.
2. Brush the EGG grid with vegetable oil to prevent sticking.
3. Spoon the marshmallow fluff onto the oiled grid, shaping it into a rectangular shape, about 1/2-inch thick.
4. Close the lid and grill the marshmallow fluff for about 2-3 minutes or until it turns golden brown and starts to bubble.
5. Using a spatula, carefully flip the marshmallow fluff over and grill for an additional 2-3 minutes or until the other side is golden brown as well.
6. Remove the grilled marshmallow fluff from the EGG and let it cool for a few minutes.
7. Cut the grilled marshmallow fluff into squares or desired shapes.
8. Serve the warm grilled marshmallow fluff alongside the grilled brownies for a gooey and toasty topping combination. Enjoy!

Sauce

1. In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat until it just starts to simmer.
2. Remove the saucepan from the heat and add the bittersweet chocolate chips, unsalted butter, smoked paprika, and a pinch of salt.
